Number 10 is right in the heart of this popular picturesque East Devon Village of Woodbury, with Woodbury Common surrounding the village, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with its many miles of permissive paths for walkers and cyclist to enjoy.

The centre of the village is dominated by the wonderful 13th Century Parish Church of St. Swithens, together with it Village Green and Play Park.

Woodbury Village boasts of having two local pubs, both offering good food and local beers. The Malsters Arms and the White Hart Inn.
Just as popular is the village restaurant The Green Door which also opens for coffee and lunches. If you fancy a night in, but don't want to cook, a 2 minute walk will take you to the excellent Chinese/fish and chip shop which gets very busy especially at weekends.

For all your everyday needs there is an excellent village shop/post office,a few minutes walk away...great for getting the bacon and eggs and morning papers.

The village also has a few curiosity / antique shops and also an art studio often displaying fantastic works of art / pottery.
