BUDLEIGH SALTERTON - 6 Miles- Bathing is safe in the clear waters off Budleigh's pebbled beach, with its beachside cafes and small fishing boats tetherd on the beach under the array of colourful beach huts.
The town centre only a short walk from the sea front has a unique selection of individual shops. If shopping is not for you, enjoy a 2.5 mile walk along the River Otter to Otterton and enjoy the wildlife.

EXMOUTH - 4 Miles --Is the starting point to explore the Jurassic Coast.( England's only natural World Heritage Site.) Exmouth is a traditional seaside town, with a long sandy beach, dunes and a 2 mile esplanade and Marina. It makes a perfect destination for family holidays. Lots of watersports on offer.

SIDMOUTH- 9 Miles-A fashionable resort for the gentry in the early 19th century, hosting fine georgian and regency buildings. Today is as popular as ever especially with the older generations. While away the day in a deck chair on the esplanade or take a short walk into the town and enjoy the mainly independent retail shops togther with excellent restaurants pubs and tea rooms offering that Devonshire cream tea!

EXETER- 7 Miles- Offers a chic collection of restaurants, bars and shops together with the beautiful Cathedral and its Green, all within the heart of this vibrant City. The old Quayside and canal is only a short walk from the cathedral and well worth a visit. Here you can hire canoes and bikes to explore the canal and beyond.

DARTMOOR- 23 Miles-The National Park covers 368 sq miles an area of spectacular scenery of open moorland together with deep wooded gorges and lake- like reservoirs. High Tors to climb and Moorland Ponies to watch together with quaint villages each with their own moorland pub.
